Town Center Project

For many years now, the Town of Billerica has envisioned improvements to the Town Center in an effort to revitalize the area and stimulate new growth. The scope of the proposed project is comprehensive, seeking to improve both vehicular and pedestrian safety and accessibility in and around the Town Center, with limits extending all the way to the Billerica Mall. A range of streetscape enhancements will be included in the project, including the underground placement of utilities.

Traffic Management Subcommittee hopes to finalize its recommendations on the plan on April 23, 2012 at 7:00 PM in the Conway Hearing Room. All are welcome to attend. As always, you can Contact Us with any questions or comments.
